The Big Blue Hotel - Blackpool Pleasure Beach

The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool is our go-to choice. Excellent service, well-appointed rooms, and great facilities. Superior room with views over the pleasure beach. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Staff were efficient and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Good location. Excellent service. Delicious meals. Efficient breakfast staff. Upgraded to a beautiful studio room with a free bottle of wine. Comfortable bed and nice bath with plenty of hot water. Lovely experience overall.

Attentive and accommodating employees are with getting rid of it considering he sticks out like a sore thumb as every other staff member was extremely friendly and happy. Marvellous and incredible location, a few steps away from Solaris Centre.

Best possible location, minutes from Amusements. Cool unit with good views, very comfortable bedrooms, a great view.

The room at Big Blue Hotel was fantastic, complete with a cozy fire sitting area and a spacious bed. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, especially their accommodations for my disabled wife with a ground floor room and assistance with her mobility scooter. The food at the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. The overall experience was memorable and enjoyable.

We had 2 nights in Blackpool, spending our time here lovely. The room was tidy with a great view and had a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV.

I loved this hotel, it was fairly clean and perfect. The location was incredible, close to Amusements.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, with easy access to the attractions and theatre nearby. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the added lounge area for relaxation. The amenities provided were top-notch, including the room service and laundry services. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The little details like the welcome drink and free toiletries really made the stay extra special. The restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The waiters were especially great with my kids!

My experience was quite comfortable, everything was perfect. Charming staff and good restaurant. There were an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk in the room, liked that.

The restaurant in the hotel was truly outstanding, with a large area and excellent location adjacent to trams to travel the promenade. The convenience of being not too far away from the tram stop made exploring the area very convenient. The rooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided good service and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The view from the hotel room allowed guests to see the attractions at the Pleasure Beach.

One negative aspect was that the parking arrangement required guests to move their car by noon on the day of departure, even if they were staying an extra hour.

Had a fantastic stay for the 5th time, thoroughly enjoyed staff and food.

My favourite property in Blackpool. It was a fabulous hotel - I loved amiable staff and perfect location. The room was extremely pleasant and well stocked! Outstanding food, tasty breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Very good staff and location, extremely comfy beds. Besides, we could easily park onsite.
